It's time to dress the stage
I've got it all laid out here, in between my ears, but I don't know how to slide the scissors down the ribbon right. Then you come bursting through the door, your head a bonfire I rush to put it out. You Say,

There's no time. This place is a disaster. The curtains are tired from dragging on the floor. Get 'em up!

Our story will unfold as it's written in real-time--as I'm penning every line, colored snakes uncoil from the mouths of the players here. And now the tremors are stirring. Bodies are wavering like tall grass, down in the valley we made of clay. My breath is a gale, your arms an earthquake.

We came to learn the hard way. I thought you might not want to stay. I think we're gonna lose our heads in the end.

But I've got the gusto you've got the know-how. Put them together, babe we got a show now. We've got no money, so we'll have to pull some favors from our friends. This one's an axe this one's a comet, this one can sing a song to break your heart, kid. I've got a feeling this will unravel just as we had hoped.

We came to learn the hard way. I thought you might not want to stay. I think we're gonna lose our heads in the end.Sprinklers are blasting in the house. People are shoving to get out. Like everyone, we will be alone when the curtain comes down.
